Christ Lutheran School

Where Faith and Learning Grow…

Art

Christ Lutheran School recognizes and supports the influence of fine arts as crucial to developing critical thinking skills of problem solving, judgment of qualitative relationships, and achieving multiple perspectives. Visual arts include a wide variety of opportunity to develop a student’s individual talent with projects that are both interesting and challenging. Lessons are connected to elements and principles of art, as well as art history. Students learn to analyze, appreciate, and critique their own work as well as the work of famous artists.

God, our Creator, gave each child the gift of creativity. We are here to facilitate that gift in each child, to the Creator’s glory.
